Man Has Court Appearance Today On Drug Charges

(Johnston, RI)  --  A Johnston man has a court appearance today after police seized 47 marijuana plants from his home.  Police say 43-year-old Hector Rosa was arrested yesterday after they raided his home on Brown Avenue around 10 a.m.  Authorities say they discovered a marijuana cultivation operation on the property less than 200 feet from the Brown Avenue School.
