DEMOCRATS TRY TO REBRAND

Democratic Party leaders rolled out a new agenda using a populist pitch in an attempt to win back the working class voters they lost in the Presidential election. The Dems unveiling proposals on jobs, prescription drug price and more they hope will resonate in the 2018 midterm elections and beyond. The Democrats new brand? BETTER SKILLS, BETTER JOBS, BETTER WAGES, BETTER FUTURE....what, COOLER AND WARMER wasn't available? Some joked the new slogan was painfully close to PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA "BETTER INGREDIENTS, BETTER PIZZA" "You can put a fresh coat of paint on a broken chair and you know what you wind up with? A broken chair. This better, better, better nonsense came out of the mouths of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Shumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. Maybe the problem's not the message but the leadership. I wonder if they ever thought of that? BETTER SKILLS, BETTER JOBS, BETTER WAGES, BETTER FUTURE. Hey Chuck...hey Nancy....you can't shine horse manure.
