(Worcester, MA) -- The Pawtucket Red Sox are a free agent when it comes to finding a new home after a deal to build a new stadium fell apart. Team officials met Friday with Worcester, Massachusetts officials to discuss a possible move. The visit included a tour of the city's Canal District where the vacant Wyman-Gordon property is located. It's not clear if the team will also consider a new proposal to build a new ballpark in East Providence along the Providence River.
