(Westerly, RI) -- Police are investigating a plane that crashed into a car. The accident happened Sunday afternoon at Westerly Airport when the single engine Cessna 182 was being worked on and the throttle engaged causing the plane to roll away. The plane went through a fence and its propeller ripped through a BMW. Two people who were working on the plane suffered minor injuries.
