(Providence, RI) -- A proposed 46-story tower on the Providence waterfront is moving forward. The 195 Commission last night gave the green light to the project on land previously occupied by Interstate-195 at Dorrance and Dyer Streets. Developer Jason Fane expects the project to be completed by 2024, making it Providence's tallest building.
