(Providence, RI) -- The Director of the Department of Children, Youth and Families is saying major changes are needed after Wednesday night's violence at the training school. Trista Piccola, who's been in the job for six months, is facing an uphill battle as the governor expects state agencies to do more with less. Yesterday DCYF brought in Department of Corrections officials to look at security at the facility. There have been issues with faulty security equipment and cameras.
