(Seekonk, MA) -- Two Connecticut men are awaiting extradition to Massachusetts after a police chase that ended in East Providence. Seekonk police say Brandon Howell and Christopher Williams were under surveillance on Commerce Way for using fraudulent credit cards to purchase gift cards in large amounts. As officers approached the pair they sped away leading police into East Providence where they crashed at the Highland Commons. Howell and Williams were arrested after brief foot chase.
