(Providence, RI) -- A new five-story mixed-use building in Providence is moving forward after the City Plan Commission approved the structure's master plan. The building planned for 1292 Westminster Street will have retail on the first floor and 35 residential units on the upper four floors. Opponents to the project say the structure is out of scale and character for the neighborhood.
