(Providence, RI) -- Providence will add 15 speed cameras near school zones. The cameras are in addition to 20 red light cameras the city plans to install. The city is getting resistance from the Rhode Island ACLU, which says the cameras violate drivers' rights to due process. The ACLU also sees the cameras as just a way for the city to raise revenue.
