Cost Of Gasoline Impacted By Hurricane Harvey

(Providence, RI)  --  Hurricane Harvey is having an impact at the gas pump.  Triple-A Northeast says the average price of a gallon of gas has jumped to around two-dollars and 70-cents.  Part of the problem is the pipeline that provides gas along the East Coast was shut down because of the hurricane.  Colonial Pipeline expects to restart the flow of gas through the pipeline either today or tomorrow.
