(Fall River, MA) -- Police are charging a Fall River, Massachusetts, man after a boy was struck and pinned against the wall of a store. The car accident happened Sunday night at the Burlington Coat Factory on Mariano Bishop Boulevard. Police arrested 19-year-old David Fernandes for driving under the influence of narcotics and other charges. The boy is hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
