(North Kingstown, RI) -- There is no rest for those supporting relief efforts from catastrophic storms. The Rhode Island National Guard is heading back to the Caribbean, which has been hit hard by Hurricane Irma. Guardsmen delivered ready-to-eat meals to the U.S. Virgin Islands on Monday and are back to assist in the aftermath.
