Congressional Delegation Signs On To Ban Bump Stocks

(Washington, DC)  --  The state's four Democratic congressman are signing on to a bill to ban the use of bump stocks like those used by the man who gunned down concertgoers in Las Vegas.  Congressman David Cicilline introduced the "Automatic Gunfire Prevention Act" in the House yesterday.  The bill also bans trigger cranks or any device or accessory that accelerates the rate of fire from a semi-automatic weapon.  Cicilline says "There's no good reason for anyone to have one of those devices."
