(Providence, RI) -- A former North Providence police officer who took part in a burglary ring is being granted parole. Michael Ciresi's parole was approved at his hearing on September 6th and his release is set for this month. Nine years ago Ciresi was sentenced to 20 years behind bars on multiple charges in connection with the burglary operation.
