(Providence, RI) -- A developer is saying he needs more time to build a hotel in downtown Providence. The hotel is to be built on the site of the old Fogarty building, which was demolished in March. The Procaccianti Group has a deal with the city to finish the project by the end of next year to qualify for a two and a half million dollar tax break. City Council want to know what's holding up the project before it honors a request for pushing back the due date.
