(East Greenwich, RI) -- Rhode Island General Treasurer Seth Magaziner is coming out in support of a plan to build a new baseball stadium in Pawtucket. Magaziner made his comments last night at a forum before the state Senate Finance Committee in East Greenwich. Magaziner also suggested that if the state Commerce Corporation were to issue the bonds, the state might get more favorable interest rates on the eighty-four million dollars needed.
