(Mansfield, MA) -- A Mansfield, Massachusetts, man is facing multiple charges after he fired a rifle in his apartment and the bullet narrowly missed a sleeping teenager in the unit upstairs. The incident happened Monday night at the home of 29-year-old Timothy Downs on Eddy Street. Investigators found the loaded rifle and believe additional charges may be filed.
