PawSox Won't Disclose Team's Profits

(Providence, RI)  --  The owners of the Pawtucket Red Sox claim they shouldn't have to reveal their profit and revenue numbers in order to have the state float seventy-one million dollars in bonds for a new stadium.  The refusal comes in written answers to questions from the state Senate Finance Committee.  PawSox Chairman Larry Lucchino says the team has provided financial information and the request is for proprietary details.  The team has provided a balance sheet indicating the team's liabilities and assets.
