(Providence, RI) -- A Pawtucket man is being charged with murder stemming from a shooting in 2007. The Rhode Island Attorney General's office says a Providence County grand jury has returned an indictment of murder and firearms charges against Ezekial Johnson for the killing of Jose Rodriguez. It's alleged Johnson and others were picked up by Rodriguez while he was working as a cab driver in Central Falls, at which time Johnson shot him. Johnson is being held without bail and is already serving a state prison sentence for an unrelated domestic assault case.
