(East Providence, RI) -- East Providence police are looking for another suspect in a school bus battery theft case. Authorities say Shane Williams of Tiverton is the second suspect in the theft of the batteries last week from the ocean State Bus Lines property on Commercial Way. The batteries were later recovered at a Pawtucket recycling center. The first suspect, Edmund Pittsley of Rehoboth, surrendered to police last week.
