Man Who Stole State Police Cruiser, Two Others Arrested

(Cumberland, RI)  --  The suspect who stole a state police cruiser is in custody.  Donald Morgan was arrested around 7 p.m. Friday after authorities tracked him to Vermont Avenue in Cumberland.  There was a struggle inside a car before Morgan was dragged from the vehicle and taken away.  Two people, Daniel Medeiros and Rachael Read, were also charged with harboring a criminal.
