(West Greenwich, RI) -- Searching for the right Christmas tree this year could prove to be a bit pricey. The National Christmas Tree Association says fewer trees are available this year, leading to higher prices. John Leyden, owner of Big John Leyden's Tree Farm in West Greenwich, says labor costs are going up, adding to the price. He says when the recession hit in 2007, he had to make a decision on what and how many trees to plant back then.
