(Providence, RI) -- The state medical examiner is saying the man shot and killed by police on Interstate 95 died from a gunshot wound to the neck. Local and state police fired more than 40 shots at Joseph Santos as a high-speed chase came to an end last Thursday. A passenger in the truck, Christine Demers, was wounded.
