(Pawtucket, RI) -- Many people are concerned about the closing of Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket. Care New England took ownership of the struggling facility four years ago and after a deal fell through to sell it, it announced the facility's closing. The Department of Health is examining a proposal to close the emergency department and keep internal medicine and family care there, but nurses say they're unsure about job security. Others say the closing will have a negative impact on the area.
