(Smithfield, RI) -- The Benny's store in the Greenville section of Smithfield is closing for the last time at 5 p.m. today. It's the last location of the 93-year-old Rhode Island retail chain to shut its doors. The owners of the family business announced in September they were retiring and that all the stores would close by the end of the year.
