Residents Not Happy With National Grid Response Time To Storm

(Warwick, RI)  --  Rhode Islanders are not happy with National Grid's response to October's Nor'Easter.  At a public hearing in Warwick last night residents complained of crews fixing one problem and skipping over one down the block to go someplace else.  Another person said a hired crew caused a power surge in her home and damaged all of the wiring.  A spokesman says the utility is trying to learn from the storms and improve response times.
