(Burrillville, RI) -- State police are looking into an alleged sexual assault at a state hospital in Burrillville. The alleged incident took place at the Zambarano Unit of Eleanor Slater Hospital, but state police haven't elaborated on the investigation. Department of Behavioral Healthcare officials haven't said where or when the alleged incident happened, nor have they said if it involved a patient or a staff member. Last year, Zambarano CNA Lynda Prioletti was arrested and charged with three misdemeanor counts of patient abuse for the alleged physical and verbal abuse of her patients.
