Parent Says Student In Wheelchair Was Stuck On Cold Bus

(Providence, RI)  --  The bus company is blaming a problem with a wheelchair lift on a school bus as operator error.  Randy Lutz says his eleven year old son, who has cerebral palsy, has a cold after Monday's ordeal.  He says he received a call from the First Student bus company to come pickup his son because the lift on the bus wasn't functioning.  Lutz says for more than an hour the large door on the bus was open allowing cold air to blow through the vehicle.  The bus company says the drivers have been retrained as of yesterday.
