(Pawtucket, RI) -- A former manager with the Pawtucket Department of Public Works is due in court today. Normand Lamoureux was the department's second in charge when he was arrested two weeks ago and removed from his post. Court documents show Lamoureux had warrants for violating a no-contact order and credit card fraud. Police say they found drug paraphernalia in his car when he was arrested.
