(Pawtucket, RI) -- State police are investigating a deadly crash on Interstate-95 in Pawtucket. The accident happened yesterday around 9:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Exit 26. Authorities say a car driven by 19-year old Katlina Barbosa went off the highway and flipped over. Barbosa was taken to the hospital where she later died.
