(West Warwick, RI) -- West Warwick Police are looking for the woman who stole thousands of dollars from an elderly victim. Police say a Hispanic woman and a man approached the victim in the Walmart parking lot in October and told her they had won the lottery, but couldn't collect the winnings because they were in the country illegally. They convinced the victim to withdraw money from a bank for taxes in exchange for splitting the winnings with her. After the victim gave the couple the money they drove away.
