(Providence, RI) -- The attorney representing the Vault nightclub in Providence is asking state officials for permission to reopen the establishment. Lawyer Nicholas Hemond claims the city's licensing board is not renewing the club's liquor license based on a handful of complaints without considering the club's side. The board heard complaints from neighbors as well as the police department as to the club being a nuisance.
