(Providence, RI) -- Snow is going to create snowy and slippery conditions for motorists this morning. The snow will mix or change to rain south and east of Providence, while in the city and surrounding areas one to three inches can be expected. Areas north and west of Providence will see as much as four inches of accumulation. The snow will come to an end this evening.
