(Central Falls, RI) -- Central Falls Police are investigating shots fired that forced the lockdown of two schools. Authorities located a handgun in the area of Dexter and Rand streets after the call came in around 4 p.m. yesterday. Police also arrested a man with a shotgun. Ella Risk Elementary School on Dexter Street and Segue Institute for Learning on Cowden Street were briefly placed on lockdown.
