(North Smithfield, RI) -- A man is facing multiple charges for allegedly cyberstalking and threatening to kill his former girlfriend in Texas. Howard Bishop had recently moved to North Smithfield when he was arrested Tuesday by FBI agents. Bishop is charged with using the Internet to send harassing and threatening messages to his former girlfriend, her family and three Texas prosecutors involved in his earlier prosecution of violating a protective order.
