(Coventry, RI) -- Authorities are identifying the father and son killed in a fire in Coventry. The fire happened around 6:40 p.m. Friday at the home of 47-year-old Edward Lorenzen on Colonial Road. Lorenzen and his four-year-old son Michael died in the blaze. A 13-year-old son was able to rescue his two-year-old sister. Lorenzen was a former aide to House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland.
