(Providence, RI) -- Two Connecticut bounty hunters are facing kidnapping and conspiracy charges. Angel Guadalupe and William Sobota learned that a man wanted in Connecticut would be in a Providence courtroom yesterday. After the man was arraigned, the pair led him away. One problem: Connecticut bounty hunters have no jurisdiction in Rhode Island and state police stopped them on Interstate 95 in Warwick. Guadalupe and Sobota were taken back to Providence, where they were charged and released on their own recognizance.
