(Providence, RI) -- A powerful nor'easter is expected to deliver a hefty punch of rain, winds, coastal flooding and even snow. A high wind warning is in effect for the entire state through tomorrow morning. There's a concern about flooding and a flood warning is in effect for the Pawtuxet River in Cranston, while some areas could receive up to five inches of snow. Winds as strong as 65 miles per hour could bring down trees and power lines.
