(Providence, RI) -- A winter storm warning is in effect for northwestern Rhode Island, while a winter weather advisory is in effect for the rest of the state. The nor'easter will bring wet snow, sleet, rain and wind. The afternoon commute will be slow and there's the potential for wind damage and power outages. Snow accumulation in the northwest area of the state could be up seven inches with lesser amounts elsewhere.
