Snow To End, Power Getting Restored

(Providence, RI)  --  A winter storm warning remains in effect until 1 p.m. today.  Snowfall is expected to end this morning's commute across Rhode Island.  Accumulation in the northwest area of the state is as much as ten inches with three to six inches south and west of Providence.  The heavy, wet snow and wind caused thousands of power outages, but crews have worked through the night to get service restored.
