Porn actress Stormy Daniels offered yesterday (March 12th) to give back the $130,000 she was paid just days before the 2016 presidential election to keep quiet about her alleged 2006 affair with Donald Trump , so that she can now talk about the relationship. Daniels made the offer in a letter sent to Trump's attorney, Michael Cohen, and his attorney, which says she'd also be able to publish any texts, photos and videos she may have. It further states that the offer is only valid until Tuesday afternoon. Daniels filed a lawsuit last week seeking to invalidate the agreement, claiming that it's not legally valid because Cohen signed it, but Trump didn't. Trump has denied having an affair with Daniels. Cohen has also denied there was an affair, and said he paid the $130,000 out of his own pocket.
