(Middletown, RI) -- Four dogs rescued from a meat farm in South Korea are now in Rhode Island. The animals were moved to the Potter League for Animals in Middletown on Wednesday after traveling from San Francisco to Boston. The meat farm, near Pyeongchang, was recently closed as the Humane Society International works to put a stop to such operations. The Potter League plans to put the dogs up for adoption.
