Pawtucket Pulling Back Tickets From Parking Ban

(Pawtucket, RI)  --  The city of Pawtucket is refunding motorists who were issued parking tickets during the not-so-mighty nor'easter that struck last month. City Council voted unanimously at last week's meeting to rescind nearly 250 tickets, at a hundred bucks a pop, which stemmed from a parking ban that was put in place on March 21st. Forecasters had predicted up to eight inches of snow for the forth nor'easter to hit New England in the month of March, but it fizzled out.
