Delta Flight Takeoff Aborted

(Warwick, RI)  --  A Delta Air Lines flight leaving T.F. Green Airport aborted takeoff after some engine problems on Tuesday, according to a report from WPRI-TV.  The plane was scheduled to go to Atlanta shortly before 1 p.m.  Airport officials didn't tell the TV station what the specific problem was but say the pilot aborted takeoff immediately after the trouble began and was able to taxi the plane back to the airport terminal without any problems.  This came the same day a passenger was killed on a Southwest flight, which was forced to make an emergency landing in Philadelphia.
