(Boston, MA) -- Opening statements are expected in federal court in Boston on Wednesday in the murder trial of former mob boss Francis "Cadillac Frank" Salemme [[ suh-LEMM-ee ]]. He's charged with killing Boston nightclub owner Steven DiSarro in 1993, along with co-defendant Paul Weadick, over concerns DiSarro was going to cooperate with federal investigators in a murder case. DiSarro's body was exhumed in Providence in March of 2016.
