(Stoughton, MA) -- The chairman of the Coventry Fire District is facing a criminal charge of indecent assault and battery on a person older than 65. Authorities say Frank Palin, a part-time nurse practitioner for Old Colony Hospice, abused a victim in the Cornerstone assisted living facility in Canton, Massachusetts. Palin has pleaded not guilty to the charges in Stoughton District Court. A pretrial conference is scheduled for the end of July.
