Worsening Feeling From Parents On Student Safety

(Providence, RI)  --  A new survey commissioned by the Rhode Island Department of Education is reflecting how parents feel about school violence.  The survey, details of which were shared on Tuesday, notes that there was a nine-percent decrease from 2017 in the number of parents who responded positively in the school safety category, according to the department.  About 119-thousand students, teachers and parents responded to the annual study.
