(Coventry, RI) -- The chairman of the Coventry Fire District Board of Directors is resigning after he was charged with sexual assault. Frank Palin was arrested in Canton, Massachusetts last month for allegedly assaulting a woman with dementia while working as a nurse practitioner. Palin is due back in court for a pre-trial conference at the end of July.
