Councilwoman Says Opponent Doesn't Live In City

(Providence, RI)  --  Providence City Councilwoman Sabina Matos is accusing her Democratic primary opponent of not living in Providence.  Matos filed a complaint on Monday with the city's Board of Canvassers regarding Oscar Vargas, claiming he lives in Warwick.  She wants Vargas and his wife removed from the city's voter list, which would disqualify him from running in September.
