(Woonsocket, RI) -- The names of a police officer and a suspect involved in a shooting incident in Woonsocket early Monday are being released. Woonsocket Police Chief Thomas Oates says the officer who was shot in the leg is Travis Young, and the suspect who shot him is Tyler Chandler. Young has been released from a Rhode Island hospital, while Chandler is in custody.
